Job Description

">We are seeking an experienced Head of Design to lead our design department. This exciting opportunity comes as the company continues its impressive growth trajectory with a strong pipeline of projects extending into 2025 and beyond.

The Role

  2. Lead, manage, and develop the Design Department to ensure efficiency and innovation in design activities.
  3. Drive continuous improvement through the introduction of new software, processes, and practices.
  4. Ensure alignment between design output and project needs from tender to completion.
  5. Oversee departmental recruitment, training, and performance management.
  6. Engage with clients and stakeholders to meet design expectations and resolve any complexities.
  7. Manage resources across multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
  8. Provide detailed analysis and reports to internal and external stakeholders.
