We are seeking a talented Technical Housing Consultant to join our Housing Implementation Support team at NEC Software Solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the successful implementation of the NEC Housing system at new customer sites, providing exceptional consultancy and support services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation process, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction, and providing expert advice on data migration and optimization techniques.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions and consultancy services, empowering customers to maximize the benefits of the NEC Housing system, and offering guidance on data manipulation and cleansing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise innovative solutions for customer interfacing and integration requirements, leveraging your technical expertise to develop and customize dataloads to meet specific needs.
  • Provide critical support during high-pressure year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dataloads, extracts, and notifications, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting software systems, with a strong understanding of data migration, optimization, and customization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, Oracle databases, and related technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and detail-focused, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
