Job Description
Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a skilled Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Estates and Facilities department, you will be responsible for attending to and completing installation and maintenance engineering tasks related to reactive, planned, corrective, and project works for Cleveland Clinic London.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in relevant designated disciplines, including Competent and Authorised Person duties.
- Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and obtain quotes where relevant.
- Act as a point of contact for task escalation, both in and out of normal working hours.
- Identify required materials and liaise with designated suppliers to obtain quotations for approval.
- Be accountable for all works assigned, ensuring attendance to each task within the SLA and providing updates in a swift and concise manner.
- Effectively communicate with the shift lead, Estates supervisor, and Estates and Facilities management team on any tasks that may have a critical or business impact.
- Utilise the mobile working device, ensuring that all times are captured correctly for each task, alongside providing detailed notes in the comments section.
- Act as an escort for any contractors coming to site, on behalf of the management team.
- Provide quotes, with all costs for materials, to the Supervisor, ready for submission and approval.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.
- Carry out fault identification and rectification, and escalation when required, on fabric issues and M&E systems such as electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues.
- Keep plant areas, workshops, stores, changing/rest areas, etc. to the highest level of housekeeping.
- Display a high level of initiative, ensuring proactive maintenance is undertaken or supported.
- Exhibit advanced communication skills, with a full understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Requirements
- Completion of a full Apprenticeship programme.
- HTM relevant CP Qualification.
- HTM relevant AP Qualifications desirable.
- Minimum requirement for C&G Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical discipline qualification.
- CSCS or relevant Trade Card.
- ILM 2 Certificate or Similar is desirable.
- ONC/HNC desirable.
- Strong understanding and experience of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC systems.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Healthcare and HTM experience advantageous.
- Previous experience of CAFM Systems.
- Demonstrable experience within a similar position.
