Marketplace Growth Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic and self-driven Marketplace Growth Specialist to join our Digital Commercial Growth team. You will work closely with external marketplaces like Amazon and eBay to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. With significant investments in digital transformation, this is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our e-commerce business.
About the RoleAs a key point of contact for marketplaces, integrators, and internal teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring account health, operational excellence, and sales growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategically managing multiple marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, OZ Sale) to drive sustainable growth, leveraging expertise in marketplace programs, tools, and internal/external processes.
- Monitoring account performance and submitting reports as needed, providing operational support to optimize results.
- Ensuring product launches are accurate and timely, with correct pricing, images, copy, navigation, and stock feeds.
- Optimizing product content to increase visibility and understanding the competitive landscape.
- Building and maintaining relationships with marketplace agencies.
- Developing and executing PPC Amazon/eBay advertising campaigns to boost product visibility and drive traffic.
- Analyzing performance data using various tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Staying up-to-date with marketplace features and tools to enhance product visibility.
- Managing additional projects, such as launching new marketplace channels.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketplace account management or e-commerce trading assistance.
- Strong organizational skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and time management.
- The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across functions both internally and externally, supporting the commercial team.
- Capacity to analyze and interpret data, identifying trends or inefficiencies to achieve effective results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to handle large datasets.
- Able to think creatively to find solutions, prioritize workload, and be self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn new skills, tools, and processes.

Your estimated salary will be approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
