We are seeking proactive and motivated individuals who can work off their own initiative, are able to work flexibly (days/nights/weekends) as and when required, and are drug and alcohol free.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive briefing from the Lead Operative prior to the commencement of each contract.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the hazards involved with and safe method to be employed for each contract prior to leaving the yard.
  • Organise and control of the safe loading and securing of all equipment onto TMIVs in accordance with appropriate regulations prior to transporting to or from site.
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date, signed by the relevant people, and returned to the contracts department upon completion of the contract.
  • Effectively liaise with clients onsite to promote a positive company image in all circumstances.
  • Install, maintain and remove all TM required as per briefing given by Lead Operative/Contracts Department/Clients.
  • Ensure all TMIVs (Traffic Management Installation Vehicles) are left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure all yard duties are completed as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • MUST be drug and alcohol free.
  • Lantra accreditation (M1/M2 minimum).
  • UK driving license required (must have been driving for 2 years minimum).
