Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have a passion for property and a drive to succeed? We're looking for a talented Assistant Lettings Manager to join our fantastic residential Lettings team in Chippenham.

About the Role

As an Assistant Lettings Manager, you'll play a key role in running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants. You'll lead by example, delegating tasks and motivating your team to exceed performance and targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of lettings professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new business and grow market share
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and other teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Assistant Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MSOffice, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
