Key Responsibilities- Receive and process customer calls for assistance, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Monitor and update job records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders via various channels, including radio, telephone, and mobile data.
- Provide customers with quotations for roadside and workshop services, and receive and verify payment for work completed.
- Carry out invoicing for company work to motoring organizations, and update computer and paper records as necessary.
- Excellent planning and memory skills, with the ability to monitor multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Strong team skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Ability to work a 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern, with 12-hour working shifts.
- A competitive salary package, based on 42 hours per week.
- Plenty of overtime opportunities, with a standard hourly rate of £19.00 per hour for nights and weekends.
