About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at GRAHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Site Managers to deliver exceptional site management across complex and varied sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Site Management Strategy to ensure efficient and effective site management across sites.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Site Managers to deliver high-quality site management services.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure all relevant information is provided for costing of works.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure optimum allocation of Site Managers to projects.
  • Oversight of current and pending site management requirements across both sites and allocation of resources.
  • Attend internal and client weekly meetings to coordinate works and ensure project tracker and CEMAR are up-to-date.
  • Work with subcontractors to increase sustainability and reduce carbon emissions on site.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of H&S, run Toolbox Talks, and undertake spot visits and audits.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Senior Site Management role.
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Extensive Building Fabric Experience.
  • Experience in the delivery of commercial projects up to a value of £1mil.
  • Ability to manage and deliver numerous concurrent projects of varying financial values and scope.
  • Experience of managing teams and coordinating workloads.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience of working in the science sector.
  • Ability to use CEMAR.
