We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Prometheus Safe and Secure. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions, building therapeutic relationships and managing symptoms.
Main Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with mental health conditions.
- Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, including doctors and social workers.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including care plans and risk assessments.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in a potentially challenging environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, staff, and the public.
- Report accidents, complaints, and untoward incidents promptly.
- Current Valid NMC Pin.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Up to date Enhanced DBS.
- Up to date Right to work in the UK.
