Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing small teams of electricians, conducting inspections, electrical upgrades, rewires, and repair and maintenance works across various sites in the Social Housing sector. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with NICEIC accreditation and possess relevant qualifications, including NVQ in electrical installation, 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations, and testing and inspection certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage small teams of electricians, ensuring efficient project delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement electrical projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including NICEIC accreditation, and maintain accurate records of project activities.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications, including NVQ in electrical installation, 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations, and testing and inspection certifications.
- Proven experience in managing small teams of electricians, with a strong track record of project delivery and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid UK driving license and ability to pass a DBS check.
