Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at KFM Recruitment Ltd. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, completing minor repair work, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including repairing doors, locks, and handles, replacing light bulbs and sockets, and fixing leaking faucets and toilets.
  • Maintaining outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, and edging the lawn, as well as shoveling snow and ice as required.
  • Taking inventory of maintenance supplies and notifying the Supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
  • Promptly responding to requests for emergency repairs and clean-ups.
  • Ensuring that all maintenance equipment is in good working order and notifying any faults or defects.

Requirements:

  • Some general maintenance experience.
  • The ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Excellent Health & Safety awareness.
  • Team Player.
  • Proactive and with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
