Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at KFM Recruitment Ltd. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, completing minor repair work, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including repairing doors, locks, and handles, replacing light bulbs and sockets, and fixing leaking faucets and toilets.
- Maintaining outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, and edging the lawn, as well as shoveling snow and ice as required.
- Taking inventory of maintenance supplies and notifying the Supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
- Promptly responding to requests for emergency repairs and clean-ups.
- Ensuring that all maintenance equipment is in good working order and notifying any faults or defects.
Requirements:
- Some general maintenance experience.
- The ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Excellent Health & Safety awareness.
- Team Player.
- Proactive and with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
