Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Catalent is a global pharmaceutical company that offers a unique opportunity for a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Fast Chain Hub, you will be responsible for managing the physical supply chain from receipt of materials and goods through shipment confirmation and all steps in between.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Fast Chain Hub process, including root cause investigations for failures within the supply chain.
  • Oversee the physical supply chain, including packaging, labeling, and distribution execution.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, project management, planning, technical services, pre-production, label control, quality, and receiving/shipping teams.
  • Implement procedures to increase productivity and decrease downtime through lean manufacturing practices and/or six sigma practices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clinical teams, investigator sites, physicians, third-party depots, and internal customers.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of clinical supply processes.
  • Proven experience in clinical, contract, or production environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, including JDEdwards, SAP, Fusion, and Clinicopia.
  • Ability to supervise professional, technical associates, peers, and non-direct reporting staff.
