Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Gas Engineer to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and top-quality solutions to our customers in the SL postcodes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customers with prearranged appointments to carry out a variety of work including servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and commissioning for warranty and contract customers.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and top-quality solutions.
  • Managing your van stock, ensuring old faulty parts are returned, and new stock is organized in your van.
  • Holding domestic Gas ACS Certification or equivalent.
  • Having a Full Driving License.
  • Having a background in servicing, repair, and maintenance of gas boilers.
