We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Interaction Recruitment, focusing on new business development within the waste management industry.

This is a 360-degree sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and lead generation to closing. The role requires a proactive, self-starter approach, as you'll not only be following up on warm leads from our telesales team but also generating your own pipeline, including booking and attending appointments.

  • Drive new business in the South East region, specializing in waste management services and products.
  • Full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Generate your own appointments in addition to those set by the telesales team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients in sectors including Mining, Aggregates, Food, Manufacturing, Paper, and Waste Management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
About the Role

You will be responsible for driving new business in the South East region, specializing in waste management services and products. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission potential.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in waste management services or products, a track record of 360 sales and business development, and knowledge of the South East region and an ability to work remotely while managing time and goals effectively.
