Lead Quality Assurance and Technical Support Specialist

We are a leading safety consulting company dedicated to providing comprehensive safety solutions to our clients. Our mission is to help organisations ensure a safe and secure working environment for their employees.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to our clients.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and technical advancements, and keep the organisation informed about relevant technical updates and updates to the portfolio of products and services.
  • Establish and maintain quality control measures to monitor and evaluate the performance and conformance of our services and solutions.
  • Develop and implement a competence management system to ensure that employees possess the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver high-quality services.
  • Provide technical management supported by a technical team and support to ensure the successful implementation and execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Identify learning and development needs within the organisation and design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in safety consulting.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree and or exposure in a relevant field (e.g., Safety Management, Quality Management) is required; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, technical support, product management, and learning & development within the safety consulting industry (an advantage).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality services and solutions.

The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
