Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate Legal to join our Corporate team at Browne Jacobson. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile transactional projects and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a great work-life balance. We expect our team members to work from home for no more than three days a week, with the remainder of their time spent in the office or working from other locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on complex transactional projects, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial contracts.
- Contribute to the development of our business and help drive growth and success.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
