Project People Data Warehouse Lead Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled data professional to lead our data warehouse team in managing business-critical data loads, storage, disaster recovery, reporting, and outbound data. As a seasoned leader, you will provide expertise in database management, development, architecture, and performance optimization.

  • Team Leadership:
    • Guide the data warehouse team in managing workloads, ensuring timely delivery of reporting and development tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders to align with business needs.
    • Maintain open communication with the business to advocate for the data warehouse team and drive projects forward.
  • Delivery & Improvement:
    • Oversee daily operations and improve warehouse processes for enhanced performance, security, and scalability.
    • Ensure seamless integration of new data sources and optimize Azure costs through efficient resource allocation.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example, mentoring junior team members, and driving innovation in data warehousing solutions.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
