About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing inventory, including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and counting inventory.
  • Loss Prevention: Monitor store inventory and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
