We are seeking a Support Worker to assist an individual with accessing activities within the community and at home. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have access to a car with business insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the individual with accessing community activities and events
- Support the individual with daily living tasks at home
- Communicate effectively with the individual, family, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the individual's support network to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check
- Access to a car with business insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- Annual leave 5.6 weeks pro rata per annum
- Hourly rate £13.00
