Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced aerospace welder to join our team at Matchtech Mobility. As an aerospace approved welder, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the Press Shop & Heat Treatments department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex welding operations on aerospace components
  • Meet or exceed quality standards and production targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency
Requirements
  • Aerospace approved welder certification
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in engineering
  • Strong understanding of welding processes and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
What We Offer

  • Early shift Monday - Thursday 6am-14:15pm, Friday 6am - 12pm
