About the Role

As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way.

You will be working as part of a dedicated team to provide a wide range of responsibilities, including developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence across everything you do.

We expect a high level of commitment from our staff, particularly in terms of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.

Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who prides themselves on their person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
