Senior Commercial Property Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team at Browns Recruitment Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. As a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing complex property transactions, and providing expert advice on commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and advise on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional client service.
  • Work closely with other lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial property law and market trends, and provide expert advice to clients accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of the commercial property team, including mentoring junior lawyers and participating in business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property law.
  • Strong background in commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
