**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Project Controls Apprentice. As a key member of our Integrated Project Team, you will play a vital role in delivering successful projects across various operational contexts.
As a Project Controls Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver fundamental business performance skills while working closely with experienced professionals. You will rotate within the business, gaining practical experience and exposure to different operational contexts, which will help you develop strong core skills in Project Controls.
You will also undertake a Level 3 Project Controls Technician qualification, complementing your on-the-job learning and internal training. This will equip you with globally recognized tool sets and standards in Project Controls.
**Responsibilities:**
- Grow your knowledge of an engineering business and understand the role of a Project Controller.
- Develop and utilize key skills in Project Controls, understanding key processes, tool sets, and methodologies.
- Support early careers activities, working as STEM ambassadors in schools, colleges, and universities.
