New Directions Education is seeking a skilled and adaptable Sports Coach to support secondary schools in Medway and Swale. As a Supply Sports Coach, you will cover short-term and long-term absences, ensuring students receive high-quality physical education and encouragement to stay active and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging PE lessons and sports activities in line with the curriculum.
  • Work with students of all abilities, fostering teamwork and personal development.
  • Adapt to different school settings and classroom environments.
  • Maintain strong classroom and behavior management to ensure safe and effective sessions.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community.
Requirements:
  • Sports coaching qualifications or relevant experience working in a PE or coaching environment.
  • Experience in leading PE lessons or sports activities for secondary school-aged children.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility to work across various schools in Medway and Swale.
  • Passion for motivating young people to achieve their full potential in sports and physical education.
