  • Production & Quality: Collaborate with the Plant to maintain high-quality production standards and strive for world-class manufacturing.
  • Engineering & Maintenance: Identify and initiate machinery replacements or expansions, formulating investment proposals for senior approval.
  • Financial Management: Partner with Finance to produce and monitor the annual Capital budget, ensuring projects align with Capex expectations.
  • People & Team Management: Foster open communication, effective training, and a family culture aligned with company values.
  • Leadership Role: Lead strategic projects and drive automation and digitalisation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Process engineering or Mechanical engineering position, within the Manufacturing sector.
  • Must be HND qualified in mechanical engineering.
  • Must have relevant post-graduate working experience in manufacturing.
