Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encouraging social interaction and community engagement
  • Assisting with medication management and health-related tasks
  • Participating in person-centered planning and goal-setting
  • Contributing to a safe and respectful living environment

Shift patterns include:

  • Day shifts: £11.25 per hour weekdays and £12.38 weekends
  • Waking Nights: £11.59 per hour weekdays and £12.74 weekends
  • Full-time or part-time hours available
  • Overtime shifts available with a +£2.50 premium
  • Time and a half or double time for public holidays
  • 30 days holiday when you start (FTE)
