Job Description

This role involves working with academic colleagues to deliver Personal Development courses, focusing on student success and destination planning. You will work closely with students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals, and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their objectives.

Salary Details

The salary range for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  1. To deliver high-quality Personal Development sessions, tailored to meet the individual needs of students.
  2. To work collaboratively with the Personal Development team to design and implement effective training programs.
  3. To maintain accurate records of student progress, monitoring their development and making adjustments to their plans as needed.
Qualifications and Experience

We require a skilled and experienced Personal Development professional with a strong background in education and training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional development.
