As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a varied and exciting activity plan for residents, promoting a sense of community and social connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a range of activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of residents
  • Collaborate with the Lifestyle Manager to plan, organize, and budget for events and activities
  • Encourage residents to take an active role in leading their own interest groups and activity sessions
  • Identify opportunities for partnership working and community engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to budget for events and activities
  • Passion for working with older adults and promoting social connection and community engagement
