Our team at Sweyne Court Care Home in Rayleigh, Essex, is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on our residents' lives. We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our compassionate and welcoming team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a care environment, either in a care home or as a home care worker. If you have a caring and kind approach and the desire to work with older people, we encourage you to apply.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
  • A competitive salary of £12.60 - £13.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and completing current and appropriate documentation, including daily record keeping, charts, and care plans. You will engage in meaningful activities with our residents and promote their independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
