**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough hardware testing and produce comprehensive test reports.
  • Develop and maintain automation test tools to enhance test efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design and Development, for product testing and evaluation, providing recommendations for further investigations when necessary.
  • Create and develop test plans for new technologies and products, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Required:
  • Experience with electronics test equipment, including oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and spectrum analysers.
  • Proficiency in test and validation methodologies and scripts for hardware/systems, with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
  • Background in Electronics, with a focus on hardware testing and validation.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards, including EMC, Radio, and Safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • UK driver's license and own car for commuting to off-site test houses.

  • Experience working with developers to design test cases for new products/technologies.
  • Ability to summarize technical information for different audiences, with a strong focus on clear and concise communication.
  • Some experience in managing a test workstack, with a focus on prioritization and time management.
