About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Anchor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our residents' homes and communal areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.
- Use cleaning products effectively, following instructions and guidelines.
- Report to the Location Manager and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ensure confidentiality and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
