Job OverviewWe are seeking an Assistant to Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable managing their own projects under some guidance. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest standard. The role will see you working primarily on education, healthcare, and council sector projects with typical values between £1 million and £2.5 million.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver projects under guidance, from pre-construction through to final accounts.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Assist in the procurement of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
