Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum and the school's educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and across the school to enhance the learning experience.
  • Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of Science.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annumBenefits and Remuneration
