Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Sports Direct.com. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and deputise for the Store Manager in leading the team and maintaining standards
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and drive sales
  • Lead the team to achieve sales and operational targets, driving store performance to its maximum potential
  • Provide on-the-spot feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting expectations
  • Support the development of team members through training and succession planning
Requirements:
  • Recent management experience in a retail environment
  • Passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a focus on achieving results
