Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Housing Safety Project Leader to join our team at Goodman Masson, a leading recruitment agency in London.

The successful candidate will manage and deliver projects within our annual programme of remedial works, directly supporting the Safer Building team. This critical role will play a key part in shaping and delivering our approach to building safety, particularly as industry standards and regulations evolve.

The Housing Safety Project Leader will collaborate with a variety of external specialist service providers, including legal, fire engineering, building consultancy, and contractor teams, to execute complex remedial programmes. Their work will be instrumental in driving compliance with new legislative and regulatory requirements, ensuring the safety of the homes we own and manage.

  1. Skill Requirements:
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (desirable).
  3. Minimum five years' experience managing complex multi-tenure schemes or remedial works projects, delivering on time and within budget.
  4. Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to make informed decisions based on financial and non-financial information.
  5. Skilled in negotiation and influencing, with a good understanding of Building Regulations, Building Control, and fire safety measures.

Salary: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum.
