We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Estimator to work on projects spanning from the South East up to Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for mechanical and electrical projects.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Produce comprehensive working drawings and detailed designs, ensuring all pre-construction activities are meticulously planned.
  • Oversight of final testing, commissioning, and handover processes to guarantee project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical and Electrical M&E Estimator is essential.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate estimates.
