Become a Financial Partner to Our Schools

At Reed- UNLIMITED, we are committed to providing our schools with exceptional support and guidance. We are seeking a qualified finance professional to join our team as a Finance Business Partner. In this role, you will work closely with our schools in South Warwickshire to provide financial expertise and support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our financial scheme of delegation, policies, and procedures are consistently aligned with ESFA and UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial guidance and support to our schools, including budget planning and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Contribute to the provision of financial management information to the CFO and Trust Executive Group.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled finance professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a good understanding of financial regulations and be able to work effectively in a team environment. In addition, you will need to be willing to travel to various schools across the Midlands area.
Average salary for this role in the South Warwickshire area is around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
