About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Ty Cwm Rhondda, a 20-bedded low secure mental health facility. As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team, supporting the Charge Nurses, Ward Manager, and Hospital Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and leadership expertise to the ward nursing team
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working in a low secure mental health facility or similar setting
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills
