About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Relief Security Officer to join our team at First Response Group. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring safe access to buildings at all times. This will involve carrying out patrols, hazard reporting, and adhering to Health & Safety policies.

You will also be responsible for completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation, controlling and monitoring access to the car parks, and adhering to policies and procedures at all times.

In addition, you will provide a high standard of customer service, be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a 'can do' ethos, and have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

Essential Skills
