Project Manager Job Description

Bilfinger UK is a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting customers across various industries. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Chesterfield.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multidiscipline project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Team and Management Team to ensure project deliverables meet client specifications and Bilfinger's offer.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to remove risks quickly.
  • Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, risk registers, and quality plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Extensive experience in managing multidiscipline project teams and portfolios.
  • Experience in contract management, including NEC3/4, MF1, and bespoke contracts.
  • CDM experience and familiarity with project and business software, including MS Project, Primavera P6, and SAP.
