Commissioning Administrator Job Summary
NHS England is seeking an experienced Commissioning Administrator to join our Midlands Education Commissioning team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the commissioning team, including diary management, minute and note taking, and managing databases to support commissioning processes.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in an administrative role and demonstrate competence in Microsoft Office applications. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work as a team and problem solve. Additionally, they will be responsible for communicating professionally with all members of the team, stakeholders, and internal colleagues, and managing a generic email mailbox.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the commissioning team, including diary management, minute and note taking, and managing databases to support commissioning processes

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have NVQ level 3 or equivalent in English and Maths, demonstrate 2 years experience in an administrative role, and demonstrate competence in the use of Microsoft Office applications. You should also have good understanding of confidentiality and data protection, experience of engaging with a variety of stakeholders, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
