We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Poole, Dorset.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to machine breakdowns, minimising downtime and improving long-term machine reliability.

Key tasks include executing the Lead/Senior Maintenance Engineer's plan, using root cause analysis tools and 5S, carrying out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance, and accurately recording all maintenance tasks performed on an electronic reporting system.

The ideal candidate will possess a formal Engineering Qualification and strong knowledge of good engineering standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Formal Engineering Qualification: C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or Apprenticeship trained
  2. Strong Knowledge of Good Engineering Standards
  3. Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Production Environments
