Group FP&A Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A professional to join our team at Channel 4. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the Head of Commercial Finance and Finance Business Partners in delivering forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in compiling and managing forward-looking projections. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Management Account teams, to produce analysis and narratives that enable FP&A stakeholders to understand performance and key drivers.
This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and advanced Excel skills, with intermediate Word and PowerPoint proficiency. A qualified accountant or experienced analyst with relevant consolidating FP&A function experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation, review, and presentation of rolling monthly and quarterly reforecasts
- Prepare and present the annual budget process and strategic plan development
- Work closely with Management Account teams to produce analysis and narratives that enable FP&A stakeholders to understand performance and key drivers
- Attend meetings with the HoCF, SFM, FBP's, and/or FP&A managers as appropriate
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant or experienced analyst with relevant consolidating FP&A function experience
- Experience in directly supporting operational business executives in formulating, monitoring, and managing their budgets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced Excel skills, with intermediate Word and PowerPoint proficiency
