NMS Recruit is a dynamic property services company based on the Wirral, offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Bid Writer to join our team. This role is key to the bid process and will support our clients' ambitions growth plans over the next five years.

This position focuses on the development and delivery of engagement including proposal, bid & content writing & online marketing. The successful candidate will also support a variety of key projects as well as the planning and implementation of engagement communications internally and externally.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a creative writer and collaborator with outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills to prepare PQQs, re-write/edit bid responses from various stakeholders to ensure compliance to client requirements & win themes, identifying and reworking prewritten content as required.

The ideal candidate will undertake market research, assist the bid manager in developing proposal structure, drafting & producing quality content in various formats, including digital, social media, internal comms, website, ensuring brand & messaging consistency.

They will also assist with shaping our company's internal and external communication strategy, drafting through to proof reading final version of company and services literature ensuring brand consistency and content accuracy.

Responsibilities include assistance in ensuring all company documents are up to date, correct and being managed/used accordingly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience in bid coordination and project support
  • Strong creative writing and collaboration skills with excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Experience in construction, property services or similar is desirable but not essential

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £37,500 depending on experience, 24 days annual leave, pension, employee assistance programme, holiday buy and sell scheme, hybrid working.
