Manufacturing Operations Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Interaction Scunthorpe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of production lines and ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement daily work schedules and instructions for production teams
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and other Line Leaders to ensure smooth operation of production lines
- Monitor and maintain production line equipment, performing routine and non-routine maintenance tasks as needed
- Collate data on production performance and input it into relevant databases
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations management or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
