Job Title: Skilled Tradesperson

We are looking for a highly skilled Tradesperson to join our team at the University of Hertfordshire campus. The successful candidate will have excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive fault finding, repairs, and installations. You will also participate in an on-call rota and be required to undertake occasional overtime. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of work completed, including documentation and reporting.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality electrical maintenance services, ensuring compliance with IEE Wiring Regulations and other relevant standards
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including documentation and reporting

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
