Job Description:

As a Safety and Compliance Trainer at RoSPA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are met.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in training and assessing individuals in moving and handling procedures. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure all training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and compliant with current legislation. This includes developing and maintaining training manuals, guides, and other resources.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related field (e.g., health and safety, occupational health)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH)
  • Experience in training and assessing individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
