Job Opportunity: Beauty Advisor - Estee Lauder Brand

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products and services, including makeup, skincare, and fragrances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. beauty, fashion, business) preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
