Housekeeping Assistant

As a Housekeeping Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and laundry in our care homes. Your focus will be on ensuring that all areas are well-presented and maintained in good condition, adhering to our standard operating procedures.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments. You should also have experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting and demonstrate compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality housekeeping/laundry services to residents. Additionally, you will need to be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Requirements
This role will require a DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare. You will also need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
