As a Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with UK and EASA Part 145 & UK Part CAMO regulations, driving business growth and improvement through your expertise in auditing, quality management, and regulatory affairs.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. About the Job
As Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal audit schedules, serving as a focal point for compliance-related matters, facilitating communication between departments and teams, and managing departmental documents and company procedures. You will also conduct research on regulatory changes, participate in lessons learned initiatives, and support the Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager (Airworthiness).

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in auditing and quality management, experience working in a Management Systems/Quality department, and a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience, preferably in the aeronautical industry. You must also demonstrate knowledge and experience in Compliance Monitoring & Part 145/Part CAMO regulations, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
